We'll pull out the skills your resume mentions and compare them (along with your past job titles) against every posting on this board, then show you the jobs with the most overlap. This is a straightforward keyword match against the same skills list used everywhere else on this site, not an AI-written summary of your fit. Job titles and seniority are weighed by an AI model: a self-hosted, open-weights one running entirely on infrastructure we control. There is also an algorithmic fallback that takes over whenever that model is unavailable, so matching keeps working either way. Skills you highlight on your profile count double here, which is how you tell the ranking what you actually want to be hired for rather than everything your resume happens to mention. Your resume is never sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other outside AI company, and none of it is used to train anyone's models. This is still a rough overlap check, not real judgment about whether you're qualified: treat it as "these share the most in common with your resume," not a verdict on which job is best for you.

This is a subscriber feature (see Sign up). Payments aren't connected yet, so it's currently limited to accounts on the access list and accounts that existed before subscriber-only signups began. By default nothing about your resume is saved. It's read once to generate your results, then discarded. Check "Save this resume" below if you'd like us to keep it on your account so your matches are ready next time you log in, or "Save just my skills" for a lighter option that keeps only the detected skills list, not the resume text itself; you can remove either at any time.
